Croque Lupin’s snacks and toppings are not only delicious, but they’re also organic, high in protein and fiber, and low in carbs and fat.
Intrigued by this innovative approach to food, I invited Annie Demers to the CBC Breakaway studio to chat about what first drew her to this unique protein source.
